CommentThe related HMM TIGR01092 describes a full-length fusion protein delta l-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase that includes a gamma-glutamyl phosphate reductase region as described by this model. Alternate name: glutamate-5-semialdehyde dehydrogenase. The prosite motif begins at residue 332 of the seed alignment although not all of the members of the family exactly obey the motif.
