CommentThis HMM finds only bacterial examples of CDP-diacylglycerol pyrophosphatase. The member from Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the only non-proteobacterial example, is only tentatively identified and scores below the trusted cutoff. No homology is detected to functionally similar mammalian enzymes. Alternate names for this enzyme include CDP-diglyceride hydrolase and CDP-diacylglycerol hydrolase.
