Members with known activity include Bcr (bicyclomycin resistance protein) in E. coli, Flor (chloramphenicol and florfenicol resistance) in Salmonella typhimurium DT104, and CmlA (chloramphenicol resistance) in Pseudomonas sp. plasmid R1033.
