Comment | This enzyme catalyzes a step in cobalamin biosynthesis. It has been identified experimentally in Pseudomonas denitrificans and has been shown to be part of cobalamin biosynthetic operons in several other species.
This enzyme was found to be a monomer by gel filtration. |
