| Comment | This HMM represents the enzyme responsible for the first step in the modification of the ring A vinyl group of chlorophyllide a which (in part) distinguishes chlorophyll from bacteriochlorophyll [1]. This enzyme is aparrently absent from cyanobacteria (which do not use bacteriochlorophyll). |
