CommentThis model describes a ThiF-like domain of a fusion protein found in clusters associated with the production of TOMMs (thiazole/oxazole-modified microcins), small bacteriocins with characteristic heterocycle modifications. This domain is presumed to act as a cyclodehydratase, as do members of the SagC family modeled by TIGR03603.
