CommentMembers of this protein family resemble SdpA (Sporulation Delaying Protein A), a protein associated with production and export of the cannibalism peptide SdpC in Bacillus subtilis. Similar proteins are found in Myxococcus xanthus, Stigmatella aurantiaca DW4/3-1, Streptomyces sp. ACTE, etc.
