TIGR Potato cDNA Microarray Advanced Search page allows users to search by multiple conditions in the potato microarray clone database. To use this search, first enter a search term and select the section of the database to search against. Clicking on the 'not' checkbox will exclude the search term from any return. (e.g., entering 'putative', section 'keyword (annotation)' and clicking 'not' will return all the entries in the db that aren't putative annotations). Continue by adding up to a maximum of five search terms. After entering more than one term, a boolean operator must be selected to join the terms, either an 'and' or 'or'. The order of terms isn't important but the 'and' operator carries greater precedence than 'or' and is used for parallel search conditions. (e.g. to search for all kinases from the 5k and 10k arrays, enter '5k and kinase or 10k and kinase'). Searches are case insensitive.

Enter your search conditions (maximum of 5 terms)
