TIGR Potato cDNA Microarray Basic Search page allows users to search for a single term in the potato microarray clone database. To use this search, select the type of search you wish to perform, either exact match or substring match. Enter your search term, followed by the section of the database to search against. Finally, select either HTML output or plain text. Click the 'Search' button to execute. All database entries matching your search criteria will be returned. Searches are case insensitive.
