TIGR Potato cDNA Microarray Batch Search allows you to perform a batch search of the clone database for a list of identifiers associated with a clone. Either upload a file containing a list of identifiers (e.g. STMES94, BQ121096, EST606381, GO:0005886, TA72_4113, TC147765) separated by carriage return or newline in plain text format, or paste a list of identifiers in the text box directly. After making your selection, click the 'Submit' button. If you have selected both a file to upload and pasted a list of search terms, only the file will be used. Optional keyword filters can be applied to narrow your search results. For example, to return the list of clones that are cytochrome p450s, enter that keyword in the appropriate filter field. Searches are case insensitive.
