Clone Name: A unique identifier for this potato clone of the form STMXX##
Annotation: The putative gene annotation assignment based on the top hit from a BLASTX search against nraa with a minimum E-value cutoff of 1e-5.
Potato TA: The potato Transcript Assembly that this clone assembles into at a cutoff of 95% coverage and identity.
Current TC: The current Tentative Consensus (TC) sequence ID for the ESTs of this clone assigned by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Potato Gene Index project.
Retired TCs: Previous DFCI Potato Gene Index TCs IDs associated with this clone's ESTs that have since been superceded by a newer TC.
Genbank Number: The Genbank accession number(s) for the 5' and 3' ESTs for this clone.
EST: The IDs of ESTs used in assembling the TC associated with this clone.
GO and GO Slim: Potato EST sequences were searched against an Arabidopsis protein database annotated by TIGR and TAIR, using blastx with a stringency cutoff of <1e-10. All unique hits meeting this criterion were selected. GO Slim assignments were made using using the plant GO Slim file downloaded from ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/GO_slims/goslim_plant.go. For the STM clones on the potato array, we selected the GO annotation from the TC or singleton sequence(s) that contain the STM 5' and/or 3' sequence.
