- As part of our efforts in the Potato Sequencing Consortium, we end sequenced all of the BAC clones in the RHPOTKEY library. The sequencing success rate was 90.2% with an average edited length of 621 bp. A total of 65492 clones (84%) had both end reads. The sequences can be BLAST searched here on downloaded from our FTP site. All sequences have been deposited into GSS division of Genbank.
