The TIGR Comprehensive Microbial Resource (CMR) has been updated with six new genomes

The TIGR Comprehensive Microbial Resource (CMR) has been updated with six new genomes: Caulobacter crescentus, Pasteurella multocida, Lactococcus lactis, Bacillus halodurans, Escherichia coli O157, and Mycobacterium leprae. The CMR is a web-based database combining information from all completed microbial genomes worldwide.
